Picking was very hard(that's why it took so long), but with the help of ~silamir and *stargate4ever23 I came to a decision! I first want to thank those who entered; I loved seeing your work!! And I love inspiring more art work that deals with Atlantis I wish all the pieces could be winners, but then that's not much of a contest.




First Place:
Is 's realistic and unique design[link]. Love her sense of power and grace in this piece, and though it's done in black and white you get a mystical feel to it.. and also a bit of danger to it... like you wouldn't want to make this goddess mad. The work put into this shows.

Second Place:
Is 's unique interpratation of Atlantian gods[link]. We loved the style of this, looks like a great illustration on some ancient temple's wall. This work also seems to tell a story and has great detail; makes it seems like the myth of Atlantis could actually be true.

Third Place:
Is with her beautifully colored piece[link]. This goddess seems very ethereal and who can pass done that lovely use of blue, which is very much tied into the myth of Atlantis. The character is very enchanting and the coloring on her tail was done very well. Very eye-catching piece.
